Shipping
Where and when do you deliver?
At this time I only offer shipping throughout the United States.
US Shipping: Varies. Usually takes between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the product and inventory on hand.
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
Only if you contact me BEFORE your item is shipped. Please use the contact form to reach me ASAP.
My package hasn't been delivered yet, where might it be?
I'm sorry to hear that your package hasn’t been delivered yet, but don’t worry. Always check the tracking link you received via e-mail. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address.
Is the delivery address correct and is the estimated delivery time unchanged? Then please check your mail to see if you received a note from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors’ or your delivery window may have been rescheduled. If you provided me with the correct address, once I ship, the responsibility of the package is on the shipping carrier. *Please note that during sale and holiday periods shipping may take longer than normal. I apologize in advance for any potential delivery delays.

Can I change my order?
Only if I have not processed your order yet.Once your order is processed, changes can no longer be made.
Returns
What is your Return Policy?
There are NO returns on custom orders, digital downloads, or planners. The only thing I will accept a return on is apparel that is not customized. However, please read descriptions carefully, if there is an exception to this rule, it'll be there.
If approved, orders must be returned unused and in original packaging. Our apparel must be returned unused, unwashed and with all tags attached. If not, you will not receive a refund and your item will be shipped back to you.
If you are not happy with your purchase and I have approved your return, please return your order within 10 days from receiving your order. Any time after 10 days will not be accepted.
If for some reason I am given wrong information, ie. wrong spelling, dates, etc, you will not be able to return or get a refund on your product. Please ensure everything is correct when submitting your custom orders.
If I have made a mistake on my end and all of the information given to me by you was correct, I will either offer a refund or send out another product.
You will have to pay for shipping of an approved return.
Can I exchange an item?
Custom items can not be exchanged.
Planners can not be exchanged.
All digital downloads can not be exchanged.
Some physical apparel may be exchanged if it is not custom made.
Have you received my returned order?
I will email you when I receive your return.
Once I have received your return, I will arrange a refund within 14 working days after receipt of your return. The return costs will be deducted from the total refund. If you haven’t received any information after 14 business days after I receive your return, please contact me via email or the contact form.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund within 14 business days after I have received your return. I will refund your money using the same payment method you originally paid the order with.

My payment has failed. What to do?
If your payment failed after you went through the payment procedure, you’ll get a notification. There are a few things you can try: deleting your cookies and cache data, using a different browser, or trying to use a different payment method. Still no luck? Please contact me via email or the contact form.
If you're having issues with your cart try using an incognito/in private browser. It is still secure.
